SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 working days of purchase. However shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium via Post NL or DHL. Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped by DPD. All orders include tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Want to return a product? You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your items. We don't cover return costs. Le Cafe Noir Studio has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in new condition.
RETURNING
To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process. As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Note: Include the hashtag before your order number #0000
Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.
Please note we do not cover return costs, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your own account. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
